Today Kirk received his official letter saying that he has been granted tenure (or "continuing status" as it is called here) and advanced to the rank of Associate Professor. We are all very happy.
Hooray! What great news to start out my day! What a great accomplishment. Now we need to plan a double celebration party (the the book and for tenure)!
